This was the first day of my first journey by horse. But it was 3 years after dedicating myself completely to learning what I needed to endure a year long ride.

WEEK 20 | Mexico a Caballo. Huichapan, Hidalgo to Colón, Queretaro | 3 days riding, 65 kms.

I bought my first horse in the summer of 2014, for the trip I just finished last September. I bought Roxy a little over 4 years ago to accompany Jingles.
I rode with the Cuadra San Martin in the Zaragoza horse parade in October. And as they invited me to their horse parade 3 weeks later, I HAD to say yes.
Near the end of January, we started into Arkansas from Mississippi. After crossing the mighty Mississippi via the Greenville Bridge, we went west for a bit.
We left perth on Sunday sept the 15.
I stayed at my friend corals house and got to hang out with her and her partner Eric and two children for 3 days.
